L.L.C. will not be responsible for any claims of cash/cheque payment made to any person or other than our showroom.
Delivery /Shipping Policy
Goods will be delivered only to the locations/persons confirmed by customers on our official email. All communications to be addressed only on the official email address of the dealing person and copy to be marked to his manager.

We Ship the items / merchandise to all over the world by the corporate partners of most of the logistics and courier companies. We give competitive freight charges for the orders and can track the shipment status on DHL/TNT/ARAMEX/FEDEX/AIR/LCL/FCL.

Exchange Policy
No material will be considered for exchange unless accompanied by this invoice within 3 days from date of purchase or before placing the re-order. For all (or any) exchanges, parts
must be in their package in original condition, not been used/installed/disassembled nor damaged due to improper handling and do not have missing parts or instructions. Electrical and
electronic parts are not exchangeable if plugged in for any reason. No refund for any incidental charges incurred by customer due to part exchange.
